How We Can Help
Our clinicians provide individualized care to help young people better understand their emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.
Therapy for Children (Kindergarten–5th Grade)
Children may experience emotional or behavioral challenges that can be difficult to understand or express. Child therapy provides an age-appropriate, supportive space to help children manage their emotions and navigate challenges at home or school.
Common concerns: Anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral difficulties, emotional regulation, social skills, and neurodevelopmental concerns.
Therapy for Adolescents & Teens
Our clinicians provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adolescents to navigate changes in emotions, relationships, and identity. Therapy can help teens better understand these challenges, develop coping skills, and build confidence. We also support teens experiencing difficulties with social media use, working with families to develop healthy media habits and establish boundaries.
Common concerns: Anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, social media addiction and problematic use, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and family relationships.
Therapy for Young Adults & College Students
Balancing academics, relationships, independence, and future plans can feel overwhelming. Therapy provides a space for young adults and college students to explore their experiences and emotions, and navigate life transitions with greater confidence.
Common concerns: Anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, identity concerns, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and challenges related to young adulthood.
